Green Pea Hummus - Oil free

Ingredients

can of chickpeas, drain reserving the liquid, and rinse
1 ½
cup
cooked green peas
I used leftovers from dinner.
¼
cup
reserved liquid from chickpea can
1
garlic clove, peeled
2
tablespoon
tahini
optional
¼
tsp
salt + more to taste
¼ -½
teaspoon
cumin
optional
1
tablespoon
fresh squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in bowl of food processor.
Blend, scraping down sides of bowl as needed, until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasonings to your like.
