Ingredients

packed cup kale or spinach

unsweetened non dairy milk

frozen mango

frozen banana

tablespoon
hemp seeds
Instructions
Combine kale or spinach, non dairy milk, and hemp seeds in blender and blend until greens are broken down and only tiny flecks remain.
Add mango and banana and blend until smooth and creamy.
Divide between 2 large or 4 small glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Add additional milk for a thinner consistency, if desired
