Vegan Herbed Cashew Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl of food processor. Pulse until only small bits of cashews remain. 
  • Store in an air tight container in the fridge. 

Notes

If you don't have all of the dried herbs on hand you can replace with 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
