1cupmedjool dates
½cuppumpkin puree
2teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
dash of saltoptional
Instructions
Soak dates in hot water for 15-20 minutes to soften.
Add dates, pumpkin puree and salt to bowl of food processor and blend until dates have broken down and mixture is smooth. You will likely have to stop once or twice to scrape mixture down as it has a tendency to creep up the bowl.
Add pumpkin pie spice and blend to fully incorporate. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
