Ingredients

  • 1 cup non dairy milk I used almond.
  • cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • tiny pinch of salt optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan combine milk, pumpkin, pie spice, maple syrup, and salt if using and whisk to thoroughly combine.
  • Heat over medium low heat until just simmering, about 4-5 minutes. Stir often to prevent milk from scorching.
  • Add vanilla and stir to combine. Remove from heat and carefully pour into mug. Sprinkle with cinnamon or top with vegan whip cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
