Ingredients
1cupnon dairy milkI used almond.
⅓cup pumpkin puree
½ teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
tiny pinch of saltoptional
½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
In a small saucepan combine milk, pumpkin, pie spice, maple syrup, and salt if using and whisk to thoroughly combine.
Heat over medium low heat until just simmering, about 4-5 minutes. Stir often to prevent milk from scorching.
Add vanilla and stir to combine. Remove from heat and carefully pour into mug. Sprinkle with cinnamon or top with vegan whip cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
