Ingredients

flour
I use whole wheat pastry or white whole wheat

ground chia seeds

coconut sugar

almond milk
room temperature

coconut oil, melted

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
vanilla

teaspoon
baking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl combine wet ingredients.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir to combine.
Fill a pastry bag with dough and squeeze small amounts on to baking sheet. You can also scoop dough using a small scooper or spoon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until crisp and crunchy. They stand up to milk better if they are crispier.
Remove from pan and allow to cool completely before storing.
Store in an airtight container.
