Ingredients
112oz bag of fresh cranberries
½ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
zest of 1 orange
¾ cup sugar
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Continue simmering for 25 - 30 minutes stirring occasionally until cranberries burst and break down and become jammy.
Allow to cool and pass through mesh strainer to remove seeds or blend, if desired.
Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 3-4 weeks.
Notes
We like our jam a bit tart so the amount of sugar listed above works for us. You can add additional sugar to suit your preference, just taste as the jam cooks and add a little more, if desired.
