Ingredients
1 ½ cupnon dairy milk
½ cupoats old fashioned or quick
2 cups frozen berries
1tablespoonchia seeds or flax seeds
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
½ - 1inch fresh ginger
Instructions
Pour non dairy milk and oats into blender. Blend until oats have broken down, 1-2 minutes.
Add berries chia or flax seeds, maple syrup and fresh ginger. Blend again until smooth and well combined.
Pour into glasses and serve.

Gluten free - use certified gluten free oats, if needed.
