Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup chickpeas
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 large garlic clove, peeled
  • 2-3 tablespoon dijion mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt optional
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
    1 ½ cup chickpeas, ¼ cup tahini, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 large garlic clove, peeled, 2-3 tablespoon dijion mustard, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, ¼ cup water, 1 teaspoon cumin, ¼ teaspoon salt, dash of pepper
  • Blend until smooth and creamy stopping and scraping the sides of blender as needed. 
  • Serve with pita and veggies.
