Ingredients
2cupsold fashioned rolled oats, GF if needed
½cupraw almonds
¼ cupraw pepitas
¼cupuncooked quinoa
¼ cupmaple syrup
¼ cup apple sauce
2 tablespoonraw hemp seeds
2tablespoonraw sunflower seeds
1-2tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1cupdried apricot, cut into small pieces I like unsulphered with no added sugars.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except apricots. Mix well to thoroughly combine.
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats, , ½ cup raw almonds, ¼ cup raw pepitas , ¼ cup uncooked quinoa , ¼ cup maple syrup, ¼ cup apple sauce , 2 tablespoon raw hemp seeds, 2 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds, 1-2 teaspoon cinnamon , ¼ teaspoon salt
Spread oat mixture in an even layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 15 minutes.
Add apricots to oat mixture and combine. Store in an airtight container.
