1 ½ cup chickpeas
¼ cup tahini
1tablespoonlemon juice
1large garlic clove, peeled
2-3tablespoondijion mustard
1tablespoonmaple syrup
¼ cup water
1 tsp cumin
¼tsp salt optional
dash of pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
1 ½ cup chickpeas , ¼ cup tahini , 1 tablespoon lemon juice , 1 large garlic clove, peeled , 2-3 tablespoon dijion mustard , 1 tablespoon maple syrup, ¼ cup water , 1 teaspoon cumin, ¼ teaspoon salt , dash of pepper
Blend until smooth and creamy stopping and scraping the sides of blender as needed.
