Ingredients

lb
thin pasta such as linguine, spaghetti, etc.
⅓
cup
low sodium soy sauce
2
tablespoon
toasted sesame oil
2
tablespoon
rice vinegar
2
tbsp
fresh grated ginger
3-4
garlic cloves, minced
1
tablespoon
cane sugar
3
green onions, thinly sliced + more for topping
optional

teaspoon
toasted sesame seeds
optional
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions until firm to the bite. Drain noodles, but do not rinse.
While noodles are cooking combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, cane sugar and fresh ginger in a small bowl. Whisk to incorporate.
Pour sauce into a large pan and heat over medium for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and add noodles. Toss to evenly distribute sauce and coat noodles.
Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve warm or chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before enjoying.
