Fall is here so bring on all the cozy drinks and pumpkin spice! This Vegan Warm Spiced Pumpkin Milk is everything you want in a warm drink. It's creamy, perfectly spiced and super easy to make.

If pumpkin spice isn't your thing try the ginger lemon tea for another warm and cozy drink for cold days.

ingredients

Just a few simple ingredients including real pumpkin and warming spices like ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves plus a touch of maple syrup for sweetness.

instructions

To make a cup, start with your favorite nondairy milk (I used almond) and whisk everything, except the vanilla together and warm in a small pot on the stove. It's that simple!

In a small saucepan combine milk, pumpkin, pie spice, maple syrup, and salt if using and whisk to thoroughly combine.

Heat over medium low heat until just simmering, about 4-5 minutes. Stir often to prevent milk from scorching.

substitutions

  • Milk - use any non dairy milk you like.
  • Pumpkin pie spice - cinnamon can be used instead of pumpkin pie spice.
  • Maple syrup - cane sugar can be used instead of maple syrup.

This is now my favorite winter drink. It's so cozy. I used soy milk b/c that is what I had.
