Smoothies are a great way to get a lot of nutrition in a delicious creamy drink. We love a good smoothie like this strawberry banana one and this kid friendly green one. This Orange Mango Smoothie is our new favorite and super tasty!
Ingredients
This smoothie is super simple to whip up with only 5 ingredients.
- frozen banana
- mango
- fresh squeezed orange juice
- orange zest
- non dairy milk

Instructions
This smoothie is super simple to make. Just be sure to freeze some over ripe banana ahead of time, if you like smoothies that are thick and creamy. You can also use unfrozen ripe bananas, just add ice to make the smoothie nice and cold.
Combine all the ingredients into the pitcher of blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately with a sprinkling of zest or orange slices, if desired.
Variations
- healthy fats: try adding chia seeds, flax seeds, or hemp seeds.
- protein boost: add your favorite vegan friendly protein powder.
Equipment
The only equipment needed to make this smoothie is a blender. A high speed blender works best, but isn't absolutely necessary.

Orange Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 mango, chopped fresh or frozen
- ½ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- ⅓ cup nondairy milk
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glass, garnish with additional orange zest or slices, if desired and serve!
