Celebrate Independence Day with these super fun Vegan Red, White, & Blue Popsicles! Naturally colored and no refined sugar.

Vegan Red, White, & Blue PopsiclesI've got one more 4th of July inspired recipe for you today. These Red, White, and Blue Popsicles are super fun and perfect for celebrating this July 4th.

My kiddos immediately loved the look of these pops and once they tasted them they loved them even more. I really like that we know exactly what's in them and what's not because they are homemade. There's no artificial color or flavors and no refined sugar. And there's real fruit making this a healthy treat I can feel good about the kids enjoying even for breakfast, which they may have done this morning 😉

Vegan Red, White, & Blue PopsiclesThese popsicles may look difficult, but they're actually really simple to make and only require 4 ingredients. Just fresh fruit, coconut milk, and maple syrup, that it!

Vegan Red, White, & Blue PopsiclesI've seen these kind of popsicles around the internet. They usually have clean defined layers of colors, which involves waiting for one color to freeze before adding the next. I just don't have that kind of time so I wanted to make our popsicles as quick and easy as possible. Rather than waiting for each color layer to freeze before adding the next, I just poured the colors in resulting in this kind of tie dyed look. We love the look, but if you want the clean striped look and have the time, pour one color and allow to freeze before pouring the next until all colors have been added.

Vegan Red, White, & Blue PopsiclesThe neat thing about making the pops this way is the colors mix in the middle and when you bite into one you find another color inside. The kids really enjoyed the surprise of a different color being in the middle and thought it was just the coolest thing!
