It's the beginning of a new year, that time when many people make commitments to eat healthier or participate in Veganuary. If that's you, I've got a new recipe that's healthier for you, vegan of course and plenty delicious. These Dark Chocolate Salted Walnuts are a great way to get in healthy fats, fiber and plant based Omega 3s.
This recipe was inspired by these walnuts I saw during a recent shopping trip. I have a similar recipe on this site made with chickpeas. I used the ingredients listed on the store version and the chickpea version as the starting point for these walnuts.
